If you wish to check out after this time, please discuss with Reception prior to the morning of your departure and we will endeavour to meet your requirements.
We accept the following major credit cards – Visa, MasterCard and have Eftpos facilities.
We provide a daily service of your unit between the hours of 9.00am and 2.00pm. Please contact Reception if you wish to arrange a particular time.
No Smoking Policy:
All units are strictly non-smoking.
When smoking outside, please use the ashtrays provided, be considerate of our other guests and smoke away from open windows and doors.
In the event of someone having smoked in the unit we will engage a specialist cleaning company and we will reserve the right to charge the registered guest such costs and any resulting loss of income while the unit is out of order.
A single parking space is provided for each unit.
The motel will not be liable for any damage or theft to any personal belongings including motor vehicles and contents.
Sorry, no pets are allowed in the units or around the grounds.

Individually controlled heating can be adjusted to suit your needs. All beds are fitted with electric blankets.
It is important to look after your unit key. Any loss will incur a lock replacement fee of $150.00.
There is a fully equipped laundry for personal use. Laundry powder is provided complimentary. Any questions – please ask at Reception.
We may be able to forward items left behind if you provide us with an address.
Lost property is disposed of after two months. Please note all food and beverage items left in the units are disposed of once you have departed.
We have a luggage storage area available.

There is a mailbox at Reception. Wanaka’s Post Office is at 39 Ardmore Street, Wanaka.

Quiet Enjoyment Policy:
Please be aware, that as a common courtesy, we have a “Quiet Enjoyment Policy” to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction for all guests utilising our motel.
If for any reason a guest from another unit disturbs or disrupts your stay, please contact Reception. Where guests have been requested to refrain from excessive noise or behaviour and continue to offend, the management reserve the right to immediately terminate the tenancy.
If the occupancy ends or is terminated the guest must immediately vacate the room.
In keeping with our environmental policy we encourage recyclable waste such as flattened aluminium cans, cardboard, plastic bottles (rinsed, no tops), glass, newspaper/paper.
Bins are provided within the complex grounds.
Ski & Cycle Storage:
We request that snowboards, skis, boots and cycles are not kept in the units. These may be stored in the storage room which is at the end of the garage.
Personal belongings are stored at the owner’s risk.
PLEASE DO NOT WAX YOUR SKIS OR SNOWBOARDS IN YOUR UNIT.
